  1. Apply firm, direct pressure to the wound with a clean cloth.
  2. Keep pressing without lifting to check — lifting restarts bleeding.
  3. Raise the injured area above heart level if possible.
  4. If blood soaks through, add more cloth on top of the first layer. Call 108 for heavy bleeding.
  1. Check for breathing — look, listen, and feel for 10 seconds.
  2. If breathing, place them on their side in the recovery position.
  3. If not breathing, start CPR: 30 chest compressions, then 2 rescue breaths.
  4. Call 108 immediately and stay with them until help arrives.
  1. Cool the burn under running water for 10–20 minutes.
  2. Remove jewelry or tight clothing near the area before swelling starts.
  3. Cover loosely with a clean, non-fluffy cloth — never use ice or butter.
  4. Seek medical help for burns larger than a palm, or on the face/hands.
  1. Don't move the injured area or try to straighten it.
  2. Immobilize with a splint (rolled newspaper, board) if available.
  3. Support the limb above and below the injury site.
  4. Apply ice wrapped in cloth to reduce swelling. Call 108 for transport.
